The SRES Designation
What the Certification Actually Means
The Senior Real Estate Specialist designation comes from the National Association of REALTORS and requires coursework on the financial, legal, and personal factors that matter most to buyers and sellers over 55.
The training includes how housing decisions intersect with Medicare, Social Security, and retirement income, how to work with Power of Attorney holders and other family members, and how to connect clients with the right local resources at the right time.
On top of the SRES, Dominick holds a mortgage license. That covers the financial side in a way most agents cannot. If you are wondering what your equity looks like, how a smaller mortgage would affect your retirement budget, or whether a 55+ community fee structure makes financial sense, those are conversations Dominick can have with real numbers.
